About This Blog
First off, I want to begin this by saying I am no teacher. I have no experience in teaching, and I am only a student myself. If you are looking for some professional teacher who really knows what they’re doing I’m not the person you want, and this blog probably isn’t for you either. I’m just hoping that I can help a few people out with this.
After offering to help a few people from China practice their English I became overwhelmed with the amount of people who began asking me for help. Posts were made about me online on a few major Chinese forums and within a week I had 400 people from China who added me on QQ. That’s not even considering the amount of people who added me on msn and yahoo, and then even the ones who emailed me.
For a bit I struggled with trying to talk to each person individually but it didn’t take long for me to become frustrated. When you sometimes have as many as fifty people trying to talk to you all at once you accidentally end up ignoring the majority. That was the last thing I had wanted to do because I am so grateful for every friend that I make.
My man-made brother Samuel suggested I open up a blog so I wouldn’t feel so discouraged at my inability to talk to every single person as often as I would like due to lack of time and lack of energy. I’ve decided it wouldn’t hurt to try making a blog.
On this blog I’ll do my best to answer questions I’m commonly asked, and also I will try to give resources for those studying English. As I’m only doing this to help other people suggestions are appreciated.
